To make a Perfect Manhattan:
Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your Perfect Manhattan in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 2 oz Whiskey, 1/8 oz Red Vermouth, 1/8 oz Dry Vermouth, and a dash of Bitters. Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist and a Cherry. Serve.
