Dry Rob Roy

To make a Dry Rob Roy:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your Dry Rob Roy in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 2 oz Scotch, 1/8 oz Dry Vermouth, and a dash of Bitters. Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist. Serve.
