Cherry Brandy Cosmo

To make a Cherry Brandy Cosmo:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your cosmo in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 3/4 oz Cherry Brandy, 3/4 oz Bourboun, and 1 oz Cranberry Juice. Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a lime twist. Serve.

Cherry Brantini

To make a Cherry Brantini:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 3/4 oz Cherry Brandy, 3/4 oz Vodka, and 1 oz Sour Mix. Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Serve.

Appleberry Sweet and Sour

To make an Appleberry Sweet and Sour:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your drink in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 3/4 oz Cherry Brandy, 3/4 oz Apple Pucker, 1/2 oz Sour Mix, 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice, and a splash of Lime Juice. Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a lime twist. Serve.

Razztastic

To make a Razztastic:

In an iced collins glass, pour 1 1/2 oz Rasberry Vodka and 1/2 oz Razzamataz. Fill the remainder of the glass with Sour Mix, leaving approximately 1/4 inch space at the top of the glass. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass and top with Sprite/7-UP. Serve.

Midori Collins

To make a Midori Collins:

In an iced collins glass, pour 1 oz Midori. Fill the remainder of the glass with Sour Mix, leaving approximately 1/4 inch space at the top of the glass. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass and top with Soda Water. Garnish with an Orange Wedge and a Cherry. Serve.

Down and Dirty Midori Collins

To make a Down and Dirty Midori Collins:

In an iced collins glass, pour 3/4 oz Vodka and 3/4 oz Midori. Fill the remainder of the glass with Sour Mix, leaving approximately 1/4 inch space at the top of the glass. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass and top with Soda Water. Garnish with an Orange Wedge and a Cherry. Serve.

Apple Jack

To make an Apple Jack:

In an iced collins glass, pour 1 1/2 oz Jack Daniels and 1/2 oz Apple Pucker. Fill the remainder of the glass with Sour Mix, leaving approximately 1/4 inch space at the top of the glass. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass and top with Sprite/7-UP. Serve.

Cabo Wabo Sunset

To make a Cabo Wabo Sunset:

In an iced collins glass, pour 1 1/2 oz Cabo Wabo Tequila and 1/2 oz Triple Sec. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Sour Mix and Cranberry Juice. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Squeeze 1 lime wedge into the drink. Serve.

Purple Haze

To make a Purple Haze:

In an iced collins glass, pour 1 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Blue Caracua, and 1/2 oz Chambord. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Sour Mix and Cranberry Juice(leaving approximately 1/4 inch of space at the top of the glass). Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Top with Sprite/7-UP. Garnish with a Lime Wedge. Serve.

Sour Apple Cosmo

To make a Sour Apple Cosmo:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Green Apple Vodka, 1/2 oz Apple Pucker, 1 oz Cranberry Juice, and a splash of Lime Juice (use sweetened lime juice). Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. Serve.

Mellon Cosmo

To make a Melon Cosmo:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Citrus Vodka, 1/2 oz Midori, 1 oz Cranberry Juice, and a splash of Lime Juice (use sweetened lime juice). Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. Serve.

Rasberry Cosmo

To make a Rasberry Cosmo:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Citrus Vodka, 1/2 oz Chambord, 1 oz Cranberry Juice, and a splash of Lime Juice (use sweetened lime juice). Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. To make a Chambord-tini:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 3/4 oz Vodka, 3/4 oz Chambord, and 1/2 oz Clear Creme de Cacao. Shake. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Serve.

Toasted Almond Tini

To make a Toasted Almond Tini:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 3/4 oz Kahlua, 3/4 oz Amaretto, and 1/2 oz Cream. Using a second mixing tin (or a glass), gently roll the drink back and forth between the two mixing tins several times. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Serve.

Kir Royal

To make a Kir Royal:

In a Flute Glass, pour 3 1/2 ounces of Champage and 1/2 oz Chambord. Garnish with a Lemon Twist. Serve.

Candied Apple Cosmo

To make a Candied Apple Cosmo:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your cosmo in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Green Apple Vodka, 1/2 oz Apple Brandy, 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice, and 1/2 oz Sour Mix. Shake. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Serve.

Candy Cane Martini

To make a Candy Cane Martini:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 1 1/2 oz Vodka and 1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps. Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Gently drizzle Grenadine along the inside edges of the chilled Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the Martini Glass. Drizzle a little more Grenadine on top of the drink. Serve.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Martini

To make a Chocolate Covered Cherry Martini:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 3/4 oz Cherry Vodka and 3/4 oz Godiva Chocolate liquour. Shake. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Gently float 1/4 oz Grenadine on top. Serve.

Eggnog-tini

To make an Eggnog-tini:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 3/4 oz Southern Comfort, 1/4 oz Cinnamon Schnapps (or Goldschlager), and 1 oz Eggnog. Gently shake (or roll). Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of Nutmeg.

Sex with an Alligator

To make Sex with an Alligator:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Midori and 1/2 oz Sour mix. Shake. Strain into a Martini Glass. Next, gently float 1/2 oz Grenadine on top of the layer of Midori and Sour Mix. Then, hold a cherry along the inside edge of the Martini Glass and slowly pour 1/2 oz Jagger on top of the layer of Grenadine. Serve.

Irish Blow Job

To make an Irish Blow Job:

In a rocks glass with no ice, pour 1/2 oz Kahlua. On top of the layer of Kahlua, pour 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Creme. On top of the layer of Bailey's, pour 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey. Top with Whipped Cream. Serve.

Irish Car Bomb Drink

To make an Irish Car Bomb drink:

Fill a pint glass half-way full with Guiness dark beer. In a shot glass, pour 1 oz Bailey's Irish Creme and 1 oz Irish Whiskey. Drop shot glass into pint glass (or pour shot glass into pint glass) and drink.

Mike Collins

To make a Mike Collins:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Irish Whiskey and 1 1/2 oz Sour Mix. Shake. Strain into an iced Collins Glass. Top with Soda Water. Garnish with an Orange Wedge and a Cherry. Serve.

Italian Trash Can

To make an Italian Trash Can:

In a collins glass with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Rum, 1/2 oz Tequila, 1/2 oz Blue Caracua, and 1/2 oz Amaretto. Fill the remainder of the glass with Red Bull. Pour contents of collins glass into mixing tin and gently shake (or roll). Pour contents of mixing tin into collins glass. Serve.

Bartender's Note: Technically, Trash Can style drinks are usually made by pouring the liquor ingredients into a mixing tin with ice, then straining the contents of the mixing tin into a collins glass filled half-way with ice. The can of Red Bull is then gently placed upside down (at a slight angle) inside the glass and served with a straw. However, this method can be a little tricky and may take some practice.
