Black-Cherry Mojito

To make a Black-Cherry Mojito:

In an empty Highball Glass, add 4 fresh Mint Sprigs, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and a splash of Soda Water. Squeeze two Lime Wedges into the mixture and drop the lime wedges into the glass. "Muddle" all of the above ingredients (see bartender's note below). Add ice to the glass. Then, pour 2 oz Cruzan Black Cherry Rum (*) into the glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with Soda Water. Using a mixing tin, roll (or gently shake) the drink and pour back into the Highball Glass. Garnish with a Lime Wedge. Serve.

Bartender's note: "Muddling" is basically mashing the ingredients together using a muddle stick. A muddle stick can be purchased separately. However, my preference is to purchase a bar spoon that has a muddle stick on the opposite end.

How to make a 007:

In a highball glass with ice, pour 1 oz Stoli-Orange Vodka. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Orange Juice and Sprite. (Optional: garnish with an orange wedge). Serve.

Green Dinasour

To make a Green Dinasour:

In an iced collins glass, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Rum, and 1/2 oz Midori. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Sour Mix and Sprite/7-Up. Roll the drink by pouring the contents of the glass into a mixing tin and then back into the collins glass several times. Serve.

Dirty Bong Water Shooter

To make a Dirty Bong Water Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Midori, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, 1/2 oz Razzamitaz, 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice, and a splash of Coke/Cola. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Serve.

Grateful Dead

To make a Grateful Dead:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Rum, 1/2 oz Tequila, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, and 1/2 oz Razzamitaz. Shake. Strain into an iced collins glass and top with Sprite/7-Up. Garnish with lemon wedge. Serve.

Italian Surfer

To make an Italian Surfer:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Malibu Rum, 1/2 oz Amaretto, 1/2 oz Grenadine, and 1/2 oz Sour Mix. Shake. Strain into a Rocks Glass. Serve.

Naked Surfer on Acid

To make a Naked Surfer on Acid:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Malibu Rum, 1/2 oz Jager, and 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice. Shake. Strain into a Rocks Glass. Serve.

Sex with a Bartender

To make Sex with a Bartender:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Malibu Rum, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Creme, 1/2 oz Grenadine, and 1/2 oz Orange Juice. Shake. Strain into a Rocks Glass. Serve.

Brandy Alexander

To make a Brandy Alexander:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your Brandy Alexander in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Cream, 3/4 oz Brandy, and 3/4 oz Dark Creme de Cacao. Using a second mixing tin (or a collins glass), roll the contents of the mixing tin gently back and forth between the two tins (or the tin and the glass) several times. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of Nutmeg (or Cinnamon). Serve.

Godfather

To make a Godfather:

In a Rocks Glass with ice, pour 1 oz Scotch and 1/2 oz Amaretto. Serve.

Godmother

To make a Godmother:

In a Rocks Glass with ice, pour 1 oz Vodka and 1/2 oz Amaretto. Serve.

Sicilian Kiss

To make a Sicilian Kiss:

In a Rocks Glass with ice, pour 1 oz Southern Comfort and 1/2 oz Amaretto. Serve.

Stinger

To make a Stinger:

In a Rocks Glass with ice, pour 1 oz Brandy and 1/2 oz Clear Creme de Menthe. Serve.

Black Russian

To make a Black Russian:

In a Rocks Glass with ice, pour 1 oz Vodka and 1/2 oz Kahlua. Serve.

Bloody Mary

To make a Bloody Mary:

In an iced Pint Glass, pour 1 oz Vodka. Next, add a dash each of Salt, Pepper, Celery Salt, Worchester Sauce, and Tabasco Sauce. Fill the remainder of the glass with Tomato Juice. Garnish with a Celery Stick and a Lemon Wedge. Serve.

Sidecar

To make a Sidecar:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your Sidecar Martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Brandy, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, and 1 oz Sour Mix. Shake. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Rub a Lemon Wedge around the rim of the glass. Next, dip the rim of the glass in a plate with sugar on it. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass with sugared rim. Garnish with a Lemon Wedge. Serve.

Sloe Gin Fizz

To make a Sloe Gin Fizz:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Sloe Gin and 1 1/2 oz Sour Mix. Shake. Strain into an iced Collins Glass. Top with Soda Water. Garnish with an Orange Wedge and a Cherry. Serve.

Tom Collins

To make a Tom Collins:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Gin and 1 1/2 oz Sour Mix. Shake. Strain into an iced Collins Glass. Top with Soda Water. Garnish with an Orange Wedge and a Cherry. Serve.

Daiquiri (on the Rocks)

How to make a Daiquiri (on the Rocks):

Take an empty Collins Glass (Or Specialty/Diaquiri Glass) and rub a Lime around the rim of the glass. Next, dip the rim of the glass in a plate with salt on it (Margarita Salt is recommended). Carefully fill the glass with ice, leaving approximately 1/2 inch empty at the top of the glass.

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Rum, 1/2 oz Lime Juice, and 1 1/2 oz Sour Mix. Shake. Strain into iced Collins (or Daiquiri) glass with salted rim. Garnish with a Lime Wedge. Serve.

Margartia (on the Rocks)

How to make a Margarita (on the Rocks):

Take an empty Collins Glass (Or Specialty/Margarita Glass) and rub a Lime around the rim of the glass. Next, dip the rim of the glass in a plate with salt on it (Margarita Salt is recommended). Carefully fill the glass with ice, leaving approximately 1/2 inch empty at the top of the glass.

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Tequila, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, 1/2 oz Lime Juice, and 1 1/2 oz Sour Mix. Shake. Strain into iced Collins (or Margarita) glass with salted rim. Garnish with a Lime Wedge. Serve.

Fuzzy Navel

To make a Fuzzy Navel:

In an iced Highball Glass, pour 1 oz Peach Schnapps. Fill the remainder of the glass with Orange Juice. Garnish with an Orange Wedge. Serve.

Greyhound

To make a Greyhound:

In an iced Highball Glass, pour 1 oz Vodka. Fill the remainder of the glass with Grapefruit Juice. Serve.

Sea Breeze

To make a Sea Breeze:

In an iced Highball Glass, pour 1 oz Vodka. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Cranberry Juice and Grapefruit Juice. Serve.
