To make a Tom Collins:
In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Gin and 1 1/2 oz Sour Mix. Shake. Strain into an iced Collins Glass. Top with Soda Water. Garnish with an Orange Wedge and a Cherry. Serve.
