To make an Italian Surfer:
In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Malibu Rum, 1/2 oz Amaretto, 1/2 oz Grenadine, and 1/2 oz Sour Mix. Shake. Strain into a Rocks Glass. Serve.
