Spunky Monkey

To make a Spunky Monkey:

In an iced highball glass, pour 1 oz Kahlua, 1/2 oz Amaretto, and fill the remainder of the glass with Cream. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and gently roll drink. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass and serve.

Chocolate Cake Shooter

To make a Chocolate Cake Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 3/4 oz Vanilla Vodka and 3/4 oz Frangelico. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a sugared lemon wedge.

To make sugared lemon wedge, pour sugar onto a small plate and roll the lemon wedge on the plate until coated. Behind the bar, the easier and faster method is to put lemon wedge in a small cup and pour a packet of sugar in the cup, then shake the cup a few times.

Hawaiin Hooker Shooter

To make a Hawaiin Hooker Shooter Shooter:

Pour 1/2 oz Southern Comfort, 1/2 oz Amaretto, 1/2 oz Grenadine, and 1/2 Pineapple Juice into a mixing tin with ice. Shake. Strain into rocks glass.

French Whore Shooter

To make a French Whore Shooter:

Pour 1 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Chambord, and 1/2 Pineapple Juice into a mixing tin with ice. Shake. Strain into rocks glass.

Legspreader

To make a Legspreader:

Pour 1 oz Vodka, 1 oz Gin, 1 oz Rum, and 1 oz Tequila into a mixing tin with ice. Shake. Strain into rocks glass.

Dirty Shirley

To make a Dirty Shirley:

In a highball glass with ice, pour 1 1/2 oz Vodka and fill the remainder of the glass with Sprite/7-UP (leaving approximately 1/4 inch space at the top of the glass). Float 1/2 oz of Grenadine on the top of the drink. Garnish with cherries.

Bartender's Tip: To "float" an ingredient on a drink, pour the ingredient very slowly in a circular pattern on the top of the drink.

Sloe Comfortable Screw Against The Wall Doggy Style

To make a Sloe Comfortable Screw Against The Wall Doggy Style:

In an iced highball glass, pour 1 oz Southern Comfort, 1/2 oz Sloe Gin, and 1/2 oz Galliano. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Orange Juice and Grapefruit Juice. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Garnish with an orange slice(optional).

Screwdriver

To make a Screwdriver:

In a highball glass with ice, pour 1 oz Vodka and fill the remainder of the glass with Orange Juice. Garnish with an orange slice.

Bartender's note: To add an additional citrus flavor and some extra kick to this drink, use 1 1/2 oz Citrus Vodka instead.

Appletini

To make an Appletini:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Vodka, 1 oz Apple Pucker (sour apple liqeuer), and 1/2 oz Sour Mix. Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Chocolate Martini

To make a Chocolate Martini:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Vanilla Vodka, 1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao, and 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Creme. Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass.

Bartender's Note: If you like chocolate covered cherries, try floating about 1/4 oz of Grenadine on top of the Chocolate Martini.

Cosmopolitan (Martini)

To make a Cosmopolitan:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Citrus Vodka, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, 1/2 oz Lime Juice (use sweetened lime juice), and 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice. Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

An alternate recipe that I often use for making Cosmos is 1 oz Vodka (Citrus or regular), 1/2 oz Triple Sec, 1 oz Cranberry Juice, and just a splash of Lime Juice.

Vodka Martini - Dry & A Little Dirty

To make a Vodka Martini (dry and a little dirty):

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 2 oz Vodka, 1/16 oz Dry Vermouth (i.e., just a few drops), and 1-2 spoonfuls of olive juice (the more olive juice you add, the dirtier the martini will be). Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with 3 olives on a tooth-pick.

Lemon Drop Martini

To make a Lemon Drop Martini:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Citrus Vodka, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, and 1 oz Sour Mix. Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Pour some sugar on a small plate and then rub the lip of the Martini Glass in the sugar. Strain contents of mixing tin into the sugared rim, chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

California Beach Party

To make a California Beach Party:

In an iced collins glass, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Rum, 1/2 oz Grand Marnier, and 1/2 oz Triple Sec. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Sour Mix and Sprite/7-Up. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and roll. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Float 1/2 oz Grenadine on the top of the drink. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

California Iced Tea

To make a California Iced Tea:

To make an Electric Lemonade:

In an iced collins glass, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Rum, 1/2 oz Tequila, and 1/2 oz Blue Curacao. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Sour Mix and 7 Up/Sprite. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and roll. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Electric Lizard

To make an Electric Lizard:

In an iced collins glass, pour 1 oz Vodka and 1 oz Midori (mellon liqeuer). Fill the remainder of the glass with Sour Mix. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Bartender's Tip: To create as a frozen drink, fill blender one-third full of ice. Add 1 1/2 oz Vodka, 1 1/2 oz Midori, and 3 oz Sour Mix. Blend and serve.

New Orleans Iced Tea

To make a New Orleans Iced Tea:

In an iced collins glass, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Rum, 1/2 oz Tequila, and 1/2 oz Triple Sec. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Orange Juice and Coke/Pepsi. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and roll drink. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Tequila Sunrise

To make a Tequila Sunrise:

In an iced highball glass, pour 1 oz Tequila and fill the remainder of the glass with orange juice. Then float 1/2 oz of Grenadine on the top of the drink. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Bartender's Tip: To "float" an ingredient on a drink, pour the ingredient very slowly in a circular pattern on the top of the drink.

Georgia Peach

To make a Georgia Peach:

In an iced collins glass, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Rum, 1/2 oz Tequila, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, and 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Sour Mix and Cranberry Juice. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry (optional).

Madras

To make a Madras:

In an iced highball glass, pour 1 oz Vodka. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Cranberry Juice and Orange Juice. Garnish with an orange slice (optional) and serve with a straw.

Cape Cod

To make a Cape Cod:

In an iced highball glass, pour 1 oz Vodka. Fill the remainder of the glass with Cranberry Juice. Garnish with a lime and serve with a straw.

Bay Breeze

To make a Bay Breeze:

In an iced highball glass, pour 1 oz Vodka. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Cranberry Juice and Pineapple Juice. Serve with a straw.
