Brave Bull

To make a Brave Bull:

In a rocks glass with ice, pour 1 oz Tequila and 1/2 oz Kahlua. Serve.

Brass Monkey Shooter

To make a Brass Monkey Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Bacardi 151, and 1/2 oz Orange Juice. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass (or shot glass). Serve.

Alien Secretion Shooter

To make an Alien Secretion Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Creme, 1/2 oz Midori, 1/2 oz Sprite and 1/2 oz Sour Mix. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Serve.

Rasberry Sour

To make a Rasberry Sour:

In an iced Collins glass, pour 1 oz Rasberry Vodka (or Cherry Vodka)and 1/2 oz Chambord (rasberry liqueur). Fill the remainder of the glass with Sour Mix. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin, shake, and pour contents back into Collins glass. Float a splash of Grenadine on the top of the drink. Garnish with an Orange slice and a Cherry. Serve.

Ciroc Sour

To make a Ciroc Sour:

In an iced Collins glass, pour 1 oz Ciroc Vodka and 1/2 oz Grand Marnier. Fill the remainder of the glass with Sour Mix. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin, shake, and pour contents back into Collins glass. Float a splash of Grenadine on the top of the drink. Garnish with an Orange slice and a Cherry. Serve.

Italian Sour

To make an Italian Sour:

In an iced Collins glass, pour 1 oz Crown Royal, 1/2 oz Apple Pucker, and 1/2 Amaretto. Fill the remainder of the glass with Sour Mix. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin, shake, and pour contents back into Collins glass. Float a splash of Grenadine on the top of the drink. Garnish with an Orange slice and a Cherry. Serve.

Seattle Sour

To make a Seattle Sour:

In an iced Collins glass, pour 1 oz Crown Royal and 1/2 oz Apple Pucker. Fill the remainder of the glass with Sour Mix. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin, shake, and pour contents back into Collins glass. Float a splash of Grenadine on the top of the drink. Garnish with an Orange slice and a Cherry. Serve.

Southern Apple Shooter; Southern Apple Cocktail

To make a Southern Apple Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Crown Royal, 1/2 oz Southern Comfort, 1/2 oz Apple Pucker, and 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Serve.

To make a Southern Apple Cocktail:

In an iced Collins glass, pour 1 oz Crown Royal, 1/2 oz Southern Comfort, and 1/2 oz Apple Pucker. Fill the remainder of the glass with Cranberry Juice. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin, shake, and pour contents back into Collins glass. Garnish with Lime Wedge. Serve.

Bartender's Note: This is the Virtual Bartender's southern twist on the "Washington Apple".

SoCo Manhattan

To make a SoCo Manhattan:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your SoCo Manhattan in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 2 oz Southern Comfort, 1/8 oz Red Vermouth, and a dash of Bitters. Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with Cherries. Serve.

Scarlet O'Hara

To make a Scarlet O'Hara:

In an iced Highball glass, pour 1 oz Southern Comfort. Fill the remainder of the glass with Cranberry Juice. Garnish with a Lime Wedge. Serve.

Bong Hit Shooter; Bong Hit Cocktail

To make a Bong Hit Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Southern Comfort, 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps, 1/2 oz Chambord, 1/2 oz Blue Caracua, and 1/2 Pineapple Juice. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Serve.

To make a Bong Hit Cocktail:

In an iced Collins glass, pour 1 oz Southern Comfort, 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps, 1/2 oz Chambord, and 1/2 oz Blue Caracua. Fill the remainder of the glass with Pineapple Juice. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin, shake, and pou back into Collins glass. Serve.

Red Death Shooter; Red Death Cocktail

To make a Red Death Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Southern Comfort, 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Sloe Gin, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, 1/2 oz Amaretto (optional), 1/2 Orange Juice and a splash of Lime Juice. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Serve.

To make a Red Death Cocktail:

In an iced Collins glass, pour 1 oz Southern Comfort, 1 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Sloe Gin, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, 1/2 oz Amaretto (optional), and a splash of Lime Juice. Fill the remainder of the glass with Orange Juice. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin, shake, and pou back into Collins glass. Serve.

Strawberry Shortcake Shooter

To make a Strawberry Shortcake Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Strawberry Vodka, 1/2 oz French Vanilla Liqueur (or Kashmir Vanilla Liquour), 1/2 oz Chambord (rasberry liqueur), and a splash of Grenadine. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Serve.

Peppermint Patty Shooter

To make a Peppermint Patty Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps, 1/2 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, and 1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka. Shake. Strain into a shot glass. Serve.

Butterfinger Shooter

To make a Butterfinger Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, 1/2 oz Frangelico, 1/2 oz Kalhua French Vanilla Liqueur, and 1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Serve.

Snickers Bar Shooter

To make a Snickers Bar Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, 1/2 oz Godiva Caramel Liqueur (or Bailey's Caramel Creme), 1/2 oz Frangelico, and 1/2 oz of either dark rum or whiskey. Shake. Starin into a rocks glass. Serve.

Peanut Butter Cup Shooter

To make a Peanut Butter Cup Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, 1/2 oz Frangelico, and 1/2 oz of either dark rum or whiskey. Shake. Strain into a shot glass. Serve.

Mounds Bar Shooter

To make a Mounds Bar Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 3/4 oz Coconut Rum and 3/4 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur. Shake. Strain into a shot glass. Serve.

Almond Joy Shooter

To make an Almond Joy Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Coconut Rum, 1/2 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, and 1/2 oz Amaretto. Shake. Strain into a shot glass. Serve.

B-52 Shooter

To make a B-52 Shooter:

In a rocks glass, layer these ingredients in the following order: 1/2 oz Kahlua (bottom layer), 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Creme (middle layer), and 1/2 oz Grand Marnier (top layer). Serve.

Duck Fart Shooter

To make a Duck Fart Shooter:

In a rocks glass, layer these ingredients in the following order: 1/2 oz Kahlua (bottom layer), 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Creme (middle layer), and 1/2 oz Whiskey (top layer). Serve.

Mudslide Shooter

To make a Mudslide Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Creme, and 1/2 oz Kahlua. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass (or shot glass) and serve.

Multiple Orgasm Shooter

To make a Multiple Orgasm Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Tequila, 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Creme, 1/2 oz Amaretto, and 1/2 oz Kahlua. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass and serve.
