In a mixing tin with ice, add the following:
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz Rasberry Vodka
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
Shake and pout into iced collins glass. Top with 1/2 oz Champagne and 1/2 oz Sprite. Garnish with a flag (orange wedge and a cherry).
