Eggnog-tini

To make an Eggnog-tini:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 3/4 oz Southern Comfort, 1/4 oz Cinnamon Schnapps (or Goldschlager), and 1 oz Eggnog. Gently shake (or roll). Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of Nutmeg.

Sex with an Alligator

To make Sex with an Alligator:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Midori and 1/2 oz Sour mix. Shake. Strain into a Martini Glass. Next, gently float 1/2 oz Grenadine on top of the layer of Midori and Sour Mix. Then, hold a cherry along the inside edge of the Martini Glass and slowly pour 1/2 oz Jagger on top of the layer of Grenadine. Serve.

Irish Blow Job

To make an Irish Blow Job:

In a rocks glass with no ice, pour 1/2 oz Kahlua. On top of the layer of Kahlua, pour 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Creme. On top of the layer of Bailey's, pour 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey. Top with Whipped Cream. Serve.

Irish Car Bomb Drink

To make an Irish Car Bomb drink:

Fill a pint glass half-way full with Guiness dark beer. In a shot glass, pour 1 oz Bailey's Irish Creme and 1 oz Irish Whiskey. Drop shot glass into pint glass (or pour shot glass into pint glass) and drink.

Mike Collins

To make a Mike Collins:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Irish Whiskey and 1 1/2 oz Sour Mix. Shake. Strain into an iced Collins Glass. Top with Soda Water. Garnish with an Orange Wedge and a Cherry. Serve.

Italian Trash Can

To make an Italian Trash Can:

In a collins glass with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Rum, 1/2 oz Tequila, 1/2 oz Blue Caracua, and 1/2 oz Amaretto. Fill the remainder of the glass with Red Bull. Pour contents of collins glass into mixing tin and gently shake (or roll). Pour contents of mixing tin into collins glass. Serve.

Bartender's Note: Technically, Trash Can style drinks are usually made by pouring the liquor ingredients into a mixing tin with ice, then straining the contents of the mixing tin into a collins glass filled half-way with ice. The can of Red Bull is then gently placed upside down (at a slight angle) inside the glass and served with a straw. However, this method can be a little tricky and may take some practice.

Italian Apple Shooter

To make an Italian Apple Shooter:

Pour 1/2 oz Crown Royal (bourbon), 1/2 oz Amaretto, 1/2 oz Apple Pucker (apple sour liqeuer), and 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice into mixing tin with ice. Shake. Strain into rocks glass. Serve.

Amaretto Sour

To make an Amaretto Sour:

In an iced rocks glass, pour 1 1/2 oz Amaretto. Fill the remainder of the glass with Sour Mix. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin, shake, and pour contents back into Collins glass. Float a splash of Grenadine and a splash of Triple Sec on the top of the drink. Garnish with an Orange slice and a Cherry. Serve.

Blue Balls Martini

To make a Blue Balls Martini:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1 1/2 oz Blueberry Vodka and 1/2 oz Blue Caracua. Shake well. Fill a Martini Glass with ice. Strain contents of mixing tin into the Martini Glass. Serve.

Life is a Beach Cocktail

To make a Life is a Beach Cocktail:

In a collins glass with ice, pour 1 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Midori, and 1/2 oz Chambord. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Sour Mix and Cranberry Juice. Pour contents of collins glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin into collins glass. Serve.

Mongolian Mother F**ker

To make a Mongolian Mother F**ker:

Fill a collins glass 2/3 full of ice. Pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Rum, 1/2 oz Tequila, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, 1/2 oz Blackberry Brandy, 1/2 oz Southern Comfort, and 1/2 oz Amaretto. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Pineapple Juice, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, and Sour Mix. Pour contents of collins glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin into collins glass. Garnish with an Orange Wedge. Serve.

Southern Orgasm Shooter

To make a Southern Orgasm Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Southern Comfort, 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Creme, 1/2 oz Amaretto, and 1/2 oz Kahlua. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass and serve.

Black Friday Sangria

To make Black Friday Sangria:

Cut into round slices one each of the following: a red apple, a plum, and an orange. Place fruit in the bottom of a large pitcher. Add 16 oz Black Opal Shiraz, 4 oz Blackberry Brandy, and 4 oz Ocean Spray Cran-Apple Juice. Stir contents of pitcher gently, but thoroughly. Pour into iced wine glass. Serve.

Bartender's Note: There are approximately 4-6 servings per pitcher.

Black Friday Cocoa

To make Balck Friday Cocoa:

In a hot cocoa mug, pour 3/4 oz Vodka and 3/4 oz Kahlua. Prepare instant hot cocoa in a pan or in a separate mug in the microwave. Once heated, stir the hot cocoa into the mug. Garnish with a handful of marshmellows. Serve.

Cranberry Smash Cocktail

To make a Cranberry Smash Cocktail:

In an iced colling glass, pour 1 oz Southern Comfort and 1 oz Apple Schnapps. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Sour Mix and Cranberry Juice. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Serve.

Spiced Cinnamon Apple Cider

To make Spiced Cinnamon Apple Cider:

In a coffee mug, pour 1 oz Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum and 1/2 oz Cinnamon Schnapps. Heat Apple Cider in a pan or in the microwave. Once heated, stir the Apple Cider into the mug. Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick. Serve.

Wild Turkey Toddy

To make a Wild Turkey Toddy:

In a coffee mug, pour 1 oz Wild Turkey American Honey Whiskey. Stir hot water into the mug and add 1 tea bag. Allow the tea bag to steep for at least 2-3 minutes. Squeeze one lemon wedge into the mug. Stir well. Serve.

Jamaican Cowboy

To make a Jamaican Cowboy:

In an iced colling glass, pour 3/4 oz Coconut Rum, 3/4 oz Peach Schnapps, 1/4 oz Tequila, and 1/4 oz Triple Sec. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Sour Mix, Orange Juice, and Pineapple Juice. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Serve.

Tennessee Tea

To make a Tennessee Tea:

In an iced colling glass, pour 1 1/2 oz Jack Daniels and 1/2 oz Triple Sec. Fill the remainder of the glass with Sour Mix, leaving approximately 1/4 inch space at the top of the glass. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass and top with Coke/Cola. Serve.

Bartender's Note: If this drink sounds familiar, it is because the Tennesse Tea is a variation on the Lynchburg Lemonade (which is made with Jack Daniels, Triple Sec, Sour Mix, and Sprite/7-UP).

Texas Peach

To make a Texas Peach:

In an iced colling glass, pour 1 oz Vodka and 1 oz Peach Schnapps. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Orange Juice and Cranberry Juice. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Serve.

Pink Panther Shooter

To make a Pink Panther Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Lime Juice, 1/2 oz Sour Mix, and 1/2 oz Grenadine. Shake. Strain into a Rocks glass. Serve.

Purple Armadillo Shooter

To make a Purple Armadillo Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Blue Curacau, 1/2 oz Sour Mix, and 1/2 oz Grenadine. Shake. Strain into a Rocks glass. Serve.

Purple Hooter Shooter

To make a Purple Hooter Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 3/4 oz Vodka, 3/4 oz Chambord, and 1/2 oz Lime Juice. Shake. Strain into a Rocks glass. Serve.

Purple Rain Cocktail

To make a Purple Rain Cocktail:

In an iced colling glass, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Rum, and 1/2 oz Chambord. Fill the remainder of the glass with Sour Mix (leaving approximately 1/4 inch of space at the top of the glass). Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Top with Sprite/7-UP. Serve.

Starburst Cocktail

To make a Starburst Cocktail:

In an iced colling glass, pour 1/2 oz Stoli Lemon Vodka, 1/2 oz Stoli Peach Vodka, 1/2 oz Stoli Orange Vodka, 1/2 oz Stoli Rasberry Vodka, and 1/2 oz Stoli Strawberry Vodka. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Cranberry Juice and Orange Juice. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Serve.
