Headless Horsemen

To make a Headless Horsemen:

In an iced collins glass, pour 1/2 oz Jack Daniels, 1/2 oz Jim Beam, 1/2 oz Johnny Walker Red, 1/2 oz Jose Cuervo, and 1/2 oz Triple Sec. Fill the remainder of the collins glass with Sour Mix (leaving approximately 1/4 inch space at the top of the glass). Pour contents of collins glass into mixing tin. Shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Top the drink with a splash of Coke/Cola. Garnish with lemon wedge. Serve.

Red Devil

To make a Red Devil:

In an iced colling glass, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps, 1/2 oz Southern Comfort, 1/2 oz Sloe Gin, and 1/2 oz Triple Sec. Fill the remainder of the glass with Orange Juice. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Float 1/2 oz Grenadine on the top of the drink. Serve.

Witch's Brew

To make Witch's Brew:

In an iced colling glass, pour 1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum, 1 oz Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum, and 1/2 oz Chambord. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Pineapple Juice and Cranberry Juice. Pour contents of glass into mixing tin and shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into collins glass. Serve.

True Blood Cosmo

To make a True Blood Cosmo:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your martini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 1 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Chambord, 1 oz Cranberry Juice, and a splash of Lime Juice. Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a lime twist.

Zombie-tini

To make a Zombie-tini:

Fill Martini Glass with ice, add water, and let chill while you are mixing your Zombie-tini in the mixing tin. In mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Bacardi Light Rum, 1/2 oz Bacardi Dark Rum, 1/4 oz Bacardi 151, 1/4 oz Triple Sec, 1/2 oz Sour Mix, and 1/2 oz Orange Juice. Shake well. Pour out ice & water from Martini Glass. Strain contents of mixing tin into the chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a lime twist.

Kool Aid Cocktail

To make a Kool Aid Cocktail:

In a Highball glass with ice, pour 1 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Amaretto, and 1/2 oz Southern Comfort. Fill the remainder of the glass with Cranberry Juice. Pour drink into mixing tin. Shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into the Highball glass. Serve.

Kool Aid Shooter

To make a Kool Aid Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Amaretto, 1/2 oz Southern Comfort, and 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice. Shake. Strain into a Rocks glass. Serve.

Nuts and Berries Shooter

To make a Nuts & Berries Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Chambord, and 1/2 oz Frangelico. Shake. Strain into a shot glass. Serve.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Cocktail

To make a Peanut Butter & Jelly Cocktail:

In a Highball glass with ice, pour 1 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Frangelico, and fill the remainder of the glass with Cranberry Juice. Pour drink into mixing tin. Shake. Pour contents of mixing tin back into the Highball glass. Serve.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Shooter

To make a Peanut Butter & Jelly Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Frangelico, and 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice. Shake. Strain into a shot glass. Serve.

Black-Cherry Mojito

To make a Black-Cherry Mojito:

In an empty Highball Glass, add 4 fresh Mint Sprigs, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and a splash of Soda Water. Squeeze two Lime Wedges into the mixture and drop the lime wedges into the glass. "Muddle" all of the above ingredients (see bartender's note below). Add ice to the glass. Then, pour 2 oz Cruzan Black Cherry Rum (*) into the glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with Soda Water. Using a mixing tin, roll (or gently shake) the drink and pour back into the Highball Glass. Garnish with a Lime Wedge. Serve.

Bartender's note: "Muddling" is basically mashing the ingredients together using a muddle stick. A muddle stick can be purchased separately. However, my preference is to purchase a bar spoon that has a muddle stick on the opposite end.

How to make a 007:

In a highball glass with ice, pour 1 oz Stoli-Orange Vodka. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Orange Juice and Sprite. (Optional: garnish with an orange wedge). Serve.

Green Dinasour

To make a Green Dinasour:

In an iced collins glass, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Rum, and 1/2 oz Midori. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts Sour Mix and Sprite/7-Up. Roll the drink by pouring the contents of the glass into a mixing tin and then back into the collins glass several times. Serve.

Dirty Bong Water Shooter

To make a Dirty Bong Water Shooter:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Midori, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, 1/2 oz Razzamitaz, 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice, and a splash of Coke/Cola. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Serve.

Grateful Dead

To make a Grateful Dead:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Rum, 1/2 oz Tequila, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, and 1/2 oz Razzamitaz. Shake. Strain into an iced collins glass and top with Sprite/7-Up. Garnish with lemon wedge. Serve.

Italian Surfer

To make an Italian Surfer:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Malibu Rum, 1/2 oz Amaretto, 1/2 oz Grenadine, and 1/2 oz Sour Mix. Shake. Strain into a Rocks Glass. Serve.

Naked Surfer on Acid

To make a Naked Surfer on Acid:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Malibu Rum, 1/2 oz Jager, and 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice. Shake. Strain into a Rocks Glass. Serve.

Sex with a Bartender

To make Sex with a Bartender:

In a mixing tin with ice, pour 1/2 oz Malibu Rum, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Creme, 1/2 oz Grenadine, and 1/2 oz Orange Juice. Shake. Strain into a Rocks Glass. Serve.
